TO THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:

Economic growth and job creation in America depends on American companies competing effectively in world markets. Congress must immediately ease the current shortage of highly skilled workers available to American companies by substantially increasing the the cap on H-1B visas; increasing the number of permanent residency visas issued annually; and removing arbitrary restrictions on the number of visas issued to applicants from individual countries.

These reforms need immediate attention, and I am asking Congress to act now!
