AGE is organized as a corporation in Nevada under non-profit corporate regulations in that state, but operates on a national basis.

Any contributions to AGE are not tax-deductible since AGE is actively involved in efforts to influence legislative and regulatory policies impacting Americans.

AGE is committed to break the culture in the Congress and our State Legislatures where lobbyists for special interest groups have a greater say in public policy than the people those elected officials are supposed to represent.
